Advanced prostatic cancer.
250 mg three times daily.
History of thrombo-embolic disorders. Severe chronic depression.
Monitor liver function tests periodically. Fluid retention can occur i patients with cardiac disease. Paediatrics: Not recommended. Pregnancy: Safety not established. Lactation: Safety not established. Elderly: No special problem.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomatis, shedding of mucosa. Gynaecomastia, breast tenderness, glactorrhoea, insomnia, C.N.S. disturbances.
Warfarin increases prothrombin time.
