GLATIRAMER ACETATE
Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
Inj. Subcutaneous 20mg/ day (20mg/ml)
Hypersensitivity to glatiramer or mannitol.
Pregnancy, lactation; preexisting cardiac disorders, renal impairment. Not to be given via IV or IM.
Post-injection reactions eg redness, chest pain, palpitations, tachycardia, dyspnoea, asthenia, flushing, nausea, arthralgia, hypertonia and anxiety. Rarely, convulsions and hypersensitivity reactions
Corticosteroids, natalizumab.
