Lactitol Monohydrate
Lactitol (B-galactosido-sorbitol) monohydrate is a disaccharide analogue of lactulose. Lactitol is a second generation disaccharide agent used frequently as a laxative. The pleasant taste, non-absorbable sugar make it prefer over lactulose.Hepatic encephalopathy and constipation.
